Making its way to the scene are laminate floors which look more like the traditional wooden floors we all know. Laminates are however more durable and can withstand high traffic without wearing easily. Laminates are very easy to clean unlike wood and they cost less. Currently porcelain tiles are the most used due to the fact that they can withstand high traffic and are scratch resistant. The most commonly used however the ceramic tile is less resistant to scratches and traffic as compared to porcelain. With this option one must take their time as quality is of utmost importance. Ceramic tiles are perfect for just about any room and just like porcelain they are easy to clean.
Carpeting is now less opted for due to the fact that some people have allergies as well as the fact that it takes time and energy to clean a carpet. It also requires hiring some deep clean experts which therefore makes it less appealing. These days people prefer rugs especially where people usually sit and chill.The lounge is a good example where the rug is put at the center. Carpets naturally make a room warm.
