1. The Applicant needs to apply if:
a) He/ She is formally employed within Harare
b) Is at least 18 years of age
c) Does not own any other property within Harare, Norton, Ruwa, Epworth or Chitungwiza
3. Get a form to put you on the waiting list: You need
a) proof Of residence
b) payslip
c) Official Identification Document or Valid Passport
d) Marriage Certificate/ Children’s Long Birth certificate/ Divorce Certificate/Spouse death certificate if applicable
e) Official Company Stamp on the application form (so this means you either have to carry your stamp to the offices or take the form with you then get it stamped)
4. Pay $6 for application fee
5. Get in touch with Homefill and get your house built.
